06 // Selective minds
After travelling from the north to the centre to visit my beautiful country, we decided to stay at home today. This gives me a little break to just give my thoughts permission to do what thoughts do best: wander and ramble.
While doing that, I stumbled upon a very unsettling 'memory'—that piece of information which is just part of a much larger puzzle, waiting for that piercing moment when it is chosen to take centre stage. That moment when you wish that what you saw wasn't really what you saw, just a 'Fata Morgana', or a ghost for those who do not like my linguistic coding choices.
Oh boy, how I wish I had been ignored by the crowds, the crows, the wolves, the witches, the warlocks, clocks, and... you get the picture!
Those who didn't read the signs either;
those whose lies didn't work, neither.
Because reality is what is really there, forming part of the natural world. Alternative facts only work as selective truths, crafted by selective minds choosing to believe and select the lies.
